Heart Chakra: "Thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven"
Solar Plexos Chakra: "Give us this day our daily bread"
Sacral Chakra: "Forgive us our trespasses as we forgive those who trespass against us"
Base Chakra: "Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil"
Imagine a light ball above the Crown Chakra and repeat the corresponding phrase of "Our Father". Lower the light to the Third Eye Chakra via the Hara Line and doing the same until you have prayed “Our Father” through the complete Chakra System.
