THROAT: Four fingers below the point of the chin, in the hollow between the clavicles
HEART: In the centre of the Chest
SOLAR PLEXUS: Four fingers above the Tan-Tien
SACRUM: Four fingers below the Tan-Tien
BASE: Between the Genitals and Anus - the Hu-Yin point. There are also various points on the Pubic Bone, which is about four fingers below the Sacrum
