What can I tell you about MariCarmen? (Vivir en la Luz) We first met some years ago when we became neighbours. I am English she is Spanish. At that time neither of us spoke the others language very well and would therefore just nod in greeting and say a brief "Hello" or"Hola" but that was as far as it went. 

Time passed by and we started to be more adventurous and somehow conveyed to each other that we could both benefit, from the point of view of language at least, if we got together. 

I quickly learned what a beautiful, compassionate person she is and am convinced our souls were never strangers! Language was no longer a barrier, we just 'clicked'.

Our friendship has grown and grown and we can now communicate on many levels. In addition, MariCarmen is now my Master and has  taught, and is still is teaching, me the Sistema de Sanacion Tinerfe, Reiki, Healing the Spirit, Crystal Therapy, Aromatherapy etc.

I want to thank her for coming into my life, for she has truly changed it for the better.

She is Master, friend, companion, confidant, sister, daughter.... I appreciate her for her strength of character, her mind, her endless patience, her huge heart and her love. She is my angel. It is said "Our friends are the family we choose"... It is so true ! Thank you dear friend. I love you.

During this lifetime, I have taken numerous courses on many different subjects along the way.  I have no doubt these courses have helped me grow and have contributed to the person that I am today. However,  when studying the Sistema de Sanacion Tinerfe,  personal growth is not limited to Mental growth and change. It  touches the Heart and  Soul, and totally changes our lives 24/7, encouraging us to find our true selves once more. Words can therefore never be enough.... but I would like to sincerely thank our Grand Master, Damian Alvarez for creating this wonderfully complete teaching system, which educates us and encourages our growth in safety. GUILT AND FORGIVENESS

If the world is simply a reflexion of our own mind, if all blame and judgement are projections of our own guilt and self-attack, then forgiveness of others releases both the others and subconscious guilt within ourselves.
Guilt is really a form of arrogance which makes life all about oneself, rather than just learning the lesson, correcting the mistake and moving on.
Forgiveness is not a form of winning the competition while another fails. Nor is it about condescension. It is not deigning to grant the other mercy - which is really superiority.
Forgiveness puts things in perspective and brings back innocence. It returns us to a life of ease, flow and confidence.

Imagine a light ball above the Crown Chakra and repeat the corresponding phrase of "Our Father". Lower the light to the Third Eye Chakra via the Hara Line and doing the same until you have prayed “Our Father” through the complete Chakra System.

 Start from the beginning and repeat.

COLOUR THERAPY/CHROMOTHERAPY

Colours are not ´chemical products´ like you would find in the shops for painting our walls and furniture.

Light is energy and the colours are decomposition of light, therefore colour is also energy. When white light hits a prism, it separates the colours and this is why we can see rainbows as the light crosses the prisms formed by water droplets. White light is the sum of all the colours.

There is no doubt that colours affect us both physically and emotionally.

Every day is a colourful journey of the soul. Dawn with its resplendent light awakens and animates us to start the day. The mid-day light is charged with energy when we need it most. Dusk with its lilac tones relaxes and prepares us for a good nights sleep. The dark of night is to make sure we are resting.

Advertising specialists know the affects of colours on us humans. They utilise this to draw our attention to the products they wish to sell, awakening our senses e.g. virility, femininity, calm or action.

Human beings, light and soul (Chakras) show different frequencies and can be treated with appropriate colour vibrations to recover original balance and heal.

Colour therapy is the Art of “Balancing” the energies of the Human Soul and specific parts of the physical body by using the colour energy.

When the colours in our Chakra system are sufficiently balanced the Chakras develope and unite with each other and this returns us to our original ´pure light´ as we were created.
