BAY (LAUREL)

Can be used for massage, inhalation, compress and poultices. It is best used well diluted, with a friction massage, to increase its circulation-boosting effects, particularly on the scalp, across stiff or tense shoulders, aching muscles or areas of cellulite. It will also warm chilly hands and feet in winter.
It is good for use in steam inhalation to relieve infections of nose, throat or chest.
Excellent as a scalp stimulant, removes grease from hair and increases blood at the skins surface.

NB: Use in moderation as it can irritate the mucous membranes. Its main constituant, Eugenol, can corrode metal so store safely in a dark glass bottle.
