 BEST HOT BATH OILS

or
10 drops Lavender

Temperature Tips:
  • Cool bath (65-75F/18-24C) is most invigorating, energising pick-me-up
  • Tepid bath (75-85F/24-30C) is the most soporific and gentle
  • Warm bath (85-95F/30-35C) the most deeply relaxing
  • Hot bath (95F/35C or more) is slightly debilitating and can leave us weak. To be avoided whilst pregnant or if there is a heart problem, high blood pressure or during pregnancy
