THE HARA LINE IS A COLUMN OF LIGHT WHICH RUNS THROUGH THE CENTRE OF THE BODY - EXTENDING BEYOND THE BODY IN BOTH DIRECTIONS. DOWN TO CONNECT US TO THE EARTH,  AND UPWARD  CONNECTING US TO SOURCE.
 IT IS A PLACE OF "BEINGNESS" A PLACE OF NON-JUDGEMENT AND FOCUSED INTENTION.
 IT IS AN IMPORTANT PART OF OUR PERSONAL POWER.
