CHAMOMILE

Chamomile has been used for centuries both for medicinal purposes and as a beauty aid.
Traditionally it was a "cure all".
It was also widely used as a disinfectant during World War II.
This essentil oil is rich in azulene, a natural anti-inflammatory and healing agent. It has relaxing benefits and its aroma is like apples and straw.

ACTIONS: It can be used for stress, headaches, sleeplessness, insect bites, rashes, cuts, burns, toothache and menstrual problems.

USES AT HOME: Massage, inhalation, baths, compresses.
As a relaxing bath at the end of a hard day - just add 10 drops of oil to a warm bath.
When diluted with a carrier oil it can be massaged in, used for a compress to alleviate headaches or menstrual problems.
It also makes a wonderful household disinfectant.
