A wonderful way to improve sleep is to take a moment before going to bed to
go outside and look at the night sky. Seeing the stars, knowing they are other
suns with planets revolving around them, we realise how tiny we are compared
to the infinite vastness of the universe. We are beings on one small planet in
one solar system in one galaxy among many other galaxies. Then relax, take a few slow deep breaths. Take a few moments to breathe in the
peace of the creator of it all.
